Our policy is for EXCHANGES ONLY, no refunds. Product/s that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange after return approval is granted. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from receipt of product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. No refunds are extended as all of our fabrics/products are made to order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, so that Design Nº 5, Inc. can determine the credibility of the defect or damage. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gifts received as orders made by someone other than you with the exception of defective or damaged product/s.
To complete your exchange, we require that you notify Design Nº. Five by emailing email@example.com for prior approval. A receipt or proof of purchase is required with the exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once approval is granted please return item to P.O. Box 102, Cotuit MA. In some instances another address will be provided. If your shipper will not send to a P.O. Box please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a physical address.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and if applicable credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

Design Nº. Five ships all of our fabrics/products via UPS. These charges are calculated for you at checkout. If you are a Trade or Stocking account and would like to have your order shipped on your UPS shipping account please provide that information on your Trade Account sign up form available at www.designnofive.com/trade.
To return your product for exchange prior approval is needed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approval is granted mail your product to: P.O. Box 102, Cotuit, MA, 02635, United States. Please email email@example.com for a physical address should your shipper not deliver to a P.O. Box.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We ship via UPS.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
